As seen in the picture of the contractual signing of RA 163 Project Mr. Albert Kim is with Dr. Abduhlarformal Kuwaiti Minister of commerce and the formal chandler of Univ. of Kuwait and is the minister of Dept. of Public Work at the signing of the contract.

The RA 163 is a civil environmental Infrastructure project to put in place the infrastructure for the business and the housing for the near future. A.H.R.E. technical work on this projects includes design and construction support of water, wastewater treatment facilities, roadways, utilities infrastructure construction for new better ways to meet society’s infrastructure and environmental needs.
