A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) was incorporated in 1986.

In the last Forty years, it has earned its standing as a highly respected contracting firm within the Greater Metropolitan Washington D.C. area. We have achieved an 8(a) program rating which prequalifies A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) for various government projects. Projects span from Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., to Baltimore, Maryland. Its founder and chief operator, Mr. Albert Kim, has over 40 years of experience in engineering, and construction management; personally supervising every aspect of the construction process.

Locally, A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) has successfully completed numerous federal, state and local government projects, as well as private projects ranging from housing to commercial buildings.

The company has been a driving force in the local housing construction boom, partnering with other companies within the area. To date, A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) has successfully completed hundreds of residential units ranging from town homes to upscale multi-million dollar custom homes. Commercially, the company has undertaken conversion projects ranging from $1 millions to multi $100 millions dollars, as well as participating in the development of new retail and hotel development projects.

Over the years, the company has expanded globally. Currently A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) has both ongoing projects and completed projects in many regions of the world such as, Port of Spain, Guam, Trinidad and Tobago, Indonesia, South Korea, China, Tanzania, Angola and Kenya. The company continually seeks new projects no matter where the location, or complexity of the project.
