One of the only buildings that survived the Great Baltimore Fire of 1904, known as the Jefferson Building, was acquired by Ampac Group, a leading, innovative development company who develops first class experience in real estate investment in Northeastern of United States. A.H.R.E., Inc. (AR) was awarded the contract for renovation / conversion of this Historic Building.
The 56,949 square feet 12 story hotel located in the heart of “Charm City” consists of approximately 103 guest rooms designed to meet the needs of extended stay guests. Each room features upscale studio and 1 bedroom suites including fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable cozy surroundings. From significant task of removing asbestos to enlightening the nature of the building by putting the right finishing touches, A.H.R.E., Inc. (AR) helped create an exquisite landmark in 301 North Charles Street the downtown Baltimore City Maryland. And another 200 years old church building (St. Peter's Church its on Capital Hill South East Washington DC) very special bicentennial project was also helped by A.H.R.E., Inc. (AR).
A.H.R.E., Inc. (AR) has renovated and restored the Trinidad & Tobago Embassy and Ambassador's Residence located in Washington DC. These structures are both historic buildings which are over 100 years old. All of the building's systems were well past their life expectancies. Renovation and restoration of these buildings were monumental task. We have worked closely with architect and client to work out the details of the renovation work that would both ensure its historic nature and its cost-effective maintainability in the future. Our top priority was to ensure that the historic integrity of the project is not compromised.
