MASS NUMBER HOUSING PROJECT
This project took place in largely population area where the project consists of constructing mass number housing in one of the Caribbean Country.A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) implemented the idea of euro-form system in constructing these housing for the purpose of generating cost efficiency and high-speed construction design simultaneously.
After the completion of the project, it address the housing shortage issue and inadequacy in the country as we generate greater production in significantly less time and will generate affordable housing market for the community promoting positive image.
LA FORTERESSE PROJECT
This project located in the Caribbean was a joint venture between A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) inc. and DTL Company Limited (A Local Corporation). A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR), Inc. was awarded the contract through PSA (Public Service Authority, Credit Union).
As the general contractor for the project, we strived to provide quality materials and skilled labor, while utilizing the local labor force as well. During the project, 60% of the skilled labor was imported from overseas, while the remaining 40% of the labor was kept within the local work force. Both imported and local materials were used for this project where it helped to provided cost-effective outcome yet high-end luxurious housing for the locals. As a result, A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) Inc. developed a new construction culture in the country and characterized our development with a level of respect by providing to the members that what we have developed helped the prim land to be the diamond site.
ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE PROJECT
A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) Inc. started work in 1986 at Andrew Air Force Base, and in 1987, at the BoallingAir Force Base Project. 20 years later we were again invited to work along SunDTConstruction (base in Phoenix, Arizona) at Andrew Air Force Base for the new and existing housing construction projects.
It is clear that we have maintained strong and lasting relationship with both our partners and clients. Currently we have successfully completed entire housing projects at the Andrew Air Force Base and we continue to bid on other government projects, adding to our experience and reach.
HISTORICAL BUILDING RENOVATION
One of the only buildings that survived the Great Baltimore Fire Of 1904, known as the Jefferson Building, was acquired by AmpacGroup, a leading, innovative development company who develops first class experience in real estate investment in Northeastern of United States. A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) Inc. was awarded the contract for renovation / conversion of this Historic Building.
The 56,949 square feet 12 story hotel located in the heart of “Charm City” consists of approximately 103 guest rooms designed to meet the needs of extended stay guests. Each room features upscale studio and 1 bedroom suites including fully equipped kitchens, and comfortable cozy surroundings. From significant task of removing asbestos to enlightening the nature of the building by putting the right finishing touches, A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) Inc. helped create an exquisite landmark in the downtown Baltimore City.
DESIGN & BUILD OF FIFTY (50) EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION CENTERS
The republic of Trinidad and Tobago has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the design & Build of Fifty (50) Early Childhood Care and Education Centers to be built throughout Trinidad and A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) Inc. was invited to participate in the project as a contractor upon comprehensive and through review of qualification by the members of the bank. A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) Inc. constructed 15 of the 50 school for the phase 1 and this multi-million dollar project which commenced in June of 2009 and completed in January 2010. By dedicating sincere effort to provide exceptional service quality workmanship we have been already invited to participate in phase II and phase III of the project where sites will be located all around Trinidad & Tobago.
TEMPORARY OFFICE FACILITIES AT LNG TANK SITE
The construction of these two building took place in port of Soyo, Angola. Due to the nature of accommodating the need for temporary occupancy by the clients and time limitation, we have incorporated the idea of using Pre-Insulated Steel Panels which is a system of panelized composited structure of modified expanded polystyrene, bonded to a light-gauge, galvanized steel frame to utilize the limited amount of time efficient. The idea helped to provide load bearing construction system for product differentiation compare to other modular system, implementing our previous knowledge and experience in logistic, we have forwarded everything from A to Z from overseas in ocean freight. We have committed our main goal in building a faster yet stronger office facilities passing on the cost and time savings to our client leading to their ultimate satisfaction.
VINTTAN PROJECT INDONESIA
Total Project Amount: $175,000,000.00 USDThe VinttanProject was one of the largest Projects that A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR), Inc. completed overseas. Working as a joint venture partner with the Local Government, A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR) was responsible for comprising the master plan. Located near VinttanResort, the master plan was made to fit aesthetically with the surrounding area. With the support of the Local Government, the final product and project proved to be a great success. A.H.R.Enterprise, Inc. (AR), Inc. is proud to have established a strong partnership and foundation in the Pacific Part of the World.
